It includes some easy to do exercises that help you look at how YOU are with food and to work out what you would like to change. It also goes through the different kinds of food and looks at how they have a different effect on the body when it comes to weight.
It then goes through each of the ’21 Keys to Keeping Weight Off’, giving stories and information about each one, including ideas for how to use them and also inspiration about how and why they work.
Then its over to you to create your own plan – a plan that fits into your life and takes account of how you are with food.
