If you love puddings, learn to love fruit and fat free dairy. Try to reduce use of sweeteners, especially fizzy pop. But if you can’t cut out all sugary foods, learn to cook with sugar substitutes and create wonderful fruit, diary and egg based puddings with low flour content. Use 80%+ chocolate sparingly to satisfy any chocoholic tendencies.
