If you like eating a lot you have to change what you eat and to learn to eat low GI, low calorie and fat burning food. Make easy swaps of high calorie for low calorie food and ingredients just part of how you cook. If you do have calorific food and drinks, only have small amounts. Choose which you really cannot do without and limit the others. Be considered about all your portion sizes and stop eating when you start to feel full; don’t eat food because it’s there or when you are not hungry.
