Cut yourself some slack; accept that some parts of you might never be flat or as small as you might want. Don’t compare yourself to unrealistic and unreal images of other people. Learn to love what you do have. Dress appropriately and in clothes that are good for your shape, not just what’s trendy. Reward and treat yourself in ways which don’t involve food, or high calorie food, such as beauty treatments.
