Sit down at a table to eat meals, turn off the telly, really savour and chew your food and slow down your eating. If you live with others, make mealtimes your time to talk and share as well as a time to love food. Invite your friends round to eat; love food and love life. Even at work or when busy, stop to eat your lunch and try not to eat on the go.
