Get your family, friends and work colleagues onside and supporting you in keeping weight off. If eating and drinking is at the centre of your social life, change where you go and what you do, or be in charge and become a host/hostess extraordinaire. If there are people in your life who you find it harder to keep weight off when around, decide strategies for how you will cope with and manage them.
