Key 10 – You’re not losing weight – don’t deprive yourself

Try to eat little and often. If you graze, pick or snack, make sure it’s on the right kind of food. Accept this is how you are and find ways to manage it; have the right snacks around you and make sure you aren’t surrounded by easy access to the wrong foods. If you go for it a bit too much one day, don’t worry. Just cut back a bit the next or exercise it off. Allow yourself treats; just manage them.
